Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • unworn
  • in perfect condition

We cover return shipping costs.

 

Refunds vs Store Credit

Once your return is approved, you can choose between:

  • a full refund to your original payment method, or
  • store credit, issued at a higher value (+ 25%) than your original purchase

We offer enhanced store credit as a thank you for sticking with us.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll make it right.

You can choose between:

  • a replacement item, or
  • store credit

Just contact us with a photo of the issue and we’ll take care of the rest.
