Delivery Times

We operate a lean production and distribution model. Most items are made and dispatched to order, which helps us avoid unnecessary stock, rushed air freight, and excess waste.

Because of this, delivery times can vary. Please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to arrive.

We know this is longer than average, and we want to be upfront about that. In return, you’re getting sustainable jewellery made to be worn every day, without the shortcuts that come with fast, waste-heavy shipping.

 

Shipping Costs

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

 

Multiple Parcels

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels. This doesn’t affect your delivery cost or tracking, it’s simply part of how we keep things efficient behind the scenes.
